DATA DELETION INSTRUCTIONS

At NZUNDA TECHNOLOGIES LIMITED, we value your privacy and provide you with full control over the data shared with our website and Meta applications. In compliance with Meta’s Platform Terms, we provide this guide to help you request the deletion of your personal data.

HOW TO REQUEST DATA DELETION

If you have used our Facebook Login or interacted with our Meta Apps and wish to have your activities or personal data removed from our database, please follow these steps:

  1. Send an email to info@nzundatech.co.tz.

  2. Use the subject line: DATA DELETION REQUEST.

  3. In the body of the email, provide your name and the email address associated with the account or service you wish to disconnect.

WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?

  • Processing Time: We will process your request within 30 days of receipt.

  • Confirmation: Once your data has been permanently removed from our servers, we will send you a confirmation email.

  • Scope: This deletion includes personal identifiers, interaction logs, and any data synced via Meta API permissions, except for data we are legally required to retain (e.g., for tax or accounting purposes).

MANUALLY REVOKING ACCESS VIA FACEBOOK

You can also remove our app’s access to your data directly through Facebook:

  1. Go to your Facebook Account’s Settings & Privacy.

  2. Click on Settings.

  3. Look for Apps and Websites.

  4. Find our app and click Remove.

Next Steps for Meta App Dashboard:

  1. Publish this page: Create the URL https://nzundatech.co.tz/data-deletion.

  2. Submit to Meta: Go to your Meta App Dashboard > Settings > Basic.

  3. Paste the Link: Look for the field labeled User Data Deletion or Data Deletion Instructions URL and paste your new link there.
